The entire range of products having quantified approx. 750 individual items to be broadly divided in four categories:-

1. All latest varieties of switches and accessories for domestic and industrial applications, door bells, modular and non modular holders etc.

3. He is currently the change agent of the company providing contemporary management support services. He is also leading growth initiative of the company with new projects and new products and creating a master plan for the company to secure competitive advantage and leading brand position.

Out of the company’s present turnover bracket, PVC based items constitute 75% (being the traditional items since beginning of the company), LED based luminaries -20% and the rest 5% being the sale of switches and accessories.

** Please note that the company’s principal marketing strategy will be to augment sell of items under categories b, c and d for increase in turnover and grab market share of all such value added products falling under these categories.

The trend in electrical product industry is to cater to these huge segments generating annual business to the tune of several thousand crores of rupees with double digit growth.

The company has not ventured into exporting its products however there are big markets for all products exist in Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan needed to be explored.
